You can book all our tours securely online via the booking form on our website, which you will find on the right-hand side of each tour page, just click the ‘Book Tour Now’ button below to begin.
Alternatively, if you wish to book in person, you can visit the Visit Scotland Tourist Information office in person, at 3 Princes Street, EH2 2QP, Edinburgh, near Waverley train station, between the hours of 09:00–17:00, open every day, although please note that during the busy summer season, it’s wise to book 3-4 weeks in advance to guarantee you get your preferred date/tour.
The tour price includes the services of a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced driver-guide, and transportation on one of our luxury, modern, air-conditioned coaches.

This is to allow our guests the freedom to choose which optional extras they would prefer. Please note that many visitor attractions may not accept credit card payments, so please ensure you have plenty of cash with you on the day.
No, you don’t need to worry about pre-booking any of the optional extras, they can all be booked on the day through your friendly driver-guide. We negotiate discounted rates for you, ensuring you’ll always get a great deal.
No. Your accommodation in Inverness is not included, but you can choose your accommodation preferences at the time of booking, and the company will book it on your behalf. You’ll pay for your accommodation on arrival. Please visit our Accommodation page by clicking HERE for detailed information on room types available and pricing throughout the year.
We are more than happy for you to book your own accommodation in Inverness. It’s your holiday after all and we want you to be comfortable. Many people prefer to do this so they can check out online reviews in advance and find somewhere that suits their needs. Simply select “I WANT TO BOOK MY OWN ACCOMMODATION” during the booking process. All we ask is that you email us at your earliest opportunity to advise the name of your accommodation so we have this on record.
If you choose to book your own accommodation, your Driver/Guide will drop you off and pick you up each day from the designated meeting point, located at the Bus Stop/Stand in front of: ‘Aspendos Mediterranean Restaurant’, 26 Queensgate, Inverness, IV1 1DJ. On the morning of Day 2, please arrive at the meeting point no later than 7:50am. Your Driver/Guide will advise the meeting time on the morning of Day 3 as this is variable.
We welcome children over 7 years old on our tours, and children aged between 7-15 years, and youths aged 16 & 17 are eligible for our concessionary rates. We regret we are not able to carry children under the age of 7 on any of our tours.
Yes, all our tours are in English. Your tour will be taken by an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly English-speaking driver-guide.
As we like to give you as much time off the coach as possible, give you the opportunity for walks, and to not be hindered by on where to travel to in Scotland, we recommend you bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, wear comfortable shoes, and take a sun-block or a hat for sunny days. And don’t forget your camera to capture all the lovely scenery and wildlife you’ll encounter on your tour!
It is very important that you arrive in plenty of time before your tour departs, as our coaches must leave on time and are unable to wait for late-comers. This is for the benefit of all customers, and allows us to explore all stops for the full amount of time, offering you the most out of your tour. We are not able to give refunds if you arrive late for the tour.
Unfortunately, our coaches are not wheelchair accessible at present. Guests are free to store a foldable wheelchair in the hold of the coach. However, when accessing the coach there are 2 to 3 steps. Please contact our Reservations Team for more information.
If your child is aged between 7-15 years’ old on the date of travel they are eligible for our ‘child’ rate. If your child is 16-17 years’ old on the date of travel, they will be eligible for our ‘youth’ rate.
If you are 18 years’ old+, and are in full-time education/are a full-time student, then you are eligible for our student rates (just show your Student ID card to your guide on the tour departure date).
Unfortunately, due to the limitations of our insurance, children under 7 years’ old on the date of travel will not be permitted to travel on any of our tours.
